Today felt like the first day of winter; it was absolutely freezing out. So, I decided to layer it up in a way that was still appropriate for the office. The sweater-blouse combo never fails when it comes to keeping it chic yet cozy. And adding a bright green purse to my very neutral ensemble was just the "pop" I needed.
